General cleanup. Registrations now require admin approval.

Hi everyone!

Man, I apologize for all the spam that managed to get posted to these forums! Periodically the hacker community figures out how to automate captcha recognition in some version of phpbb and when they do your forums get filled with spam until you upgrade the phpbb version to something people haven't broken (yet). Sigh.
Lest spam removal become a full time job, I decided to simply turn on admin approval of new accounts. That will slightly slow down the registration process for new users, but it should completely block the posting of spam.

If you need help cleaning up in here, I`ll gladly volunteer. I would love to see less spam and more activity in here, and not let the Coyote die!

You're very welcome, and thanks for the offer of help! I strongly suspect that the spam will completely disappear now, but let's see what happens.
I'm keen to get things popping again; I just got swamped in work for a long time and haven't been developing any new mods. I've been wanted to design an external pedal board that adds a bunch of switches (and maybe pots) as a reference design so that people could see how to extend the hardware platform. That would probably be a good project for me to jump on next.
